Our Story

The POWER Run+Walk Protocol was born out of Dr. Kenneth Power’s passion for promoting wellness and preventative care. As a family physician, Dr. Power saw firsthand how many people struggled with fitness due to injuries, medical conditions, or lack of knowledge. He realized that people needed a program that was both flexible and progressive, allowing them to advance at their own pace while avoiding the common pitfalls of injury and burnout

In response, he developed The POWER Run+Walk Protocol, a methodical approach to fitness that starts with walking intervals and gradually incorporates more running as the individual progresses. This system ensures long-term success and is suitable for anyone, from beginners to advanced athletes. Since its launch, the program has helped countless individuals reach new levels of fitness and well-being
